Areas of fog and freezing fog have developed overnight across the Lower Columbia Basin and the Yakima/Kittitas Valleys as visibilities as low as a quarter mile or less has been observed. These conditions are expected to persist through the morning as Freezing Fog Advisories are active until 10 AM Sunday.
