A storm system will move through the region on Christmas Eve, and for those in the mountains, a White Christmas may be in the cards! Probabilities for at least some snow are greatest in the eastern Sierra and Spring Mountains, with the most impactful snow forecast at the highest elevations.
The warm and pleasant weather continues across the region today, with highs around 8 to 10 degrees above normal in the 60s and lower 70s for many. Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy as high clouds stream over the area.
