Everyone knows that Lithuania is a country where it rains all the time. Artist Rimantas Virbickas, who was born in this country, loves to paint colorful people walking in the cities when it rains. Cities might feel a bit grey when its pouring, however when you look at them from this perspective, they are totally romantic.
