here is a breakdown of how + when i journal and plan. this is equal parts What Actually Happens Now and aspirational — reminders that these are the rhythms i’ve had in the past that i would like to get back into, or a lil visual cue for the spreads + ideas with which i’ve been inconsistent. i like to put one of these in every one of my new planners. this layout specifically was heavily inspired by a post from @fromknitlovepurl a few years back.

new-ish to journaling or planning? i can’t stress enough that THIS IS WHAT WORKS FOR ME and you may need to do a bit of digging (and playing around) to figure out how to meet your current needs. 🤌🏼🩷 #FUN
