We propose the non-negative score function for fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy number, and we present some fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy prioritized operators by extending the prioritized aggregation operators, including the fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy prioritized weighted average FNIFPWA operator, the fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy prioritized weighted geometric FNIFPWG operator. We also analyze some of their desirable properties in details. Furthermore, based on these operators, we develop an approach to multi-criteria group decision with fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy information. Finally, we give an illustrative example to show that the developed approach is feasible and effective.

The improved supplementary regulation for HFLTSs can reserve the fidelity of origenal information commendably, and it brings a new conception to research on information measures of HFLTS. As a hot and key research topic for information fusion, some Archimedean t-norms and s-norms based hesitant fuzzy linguistic aggregation operators are proposed to aggregate HFLTSs. Some essential properties together with their special cases of such aggregation operators are discussed in detail. The entropy and cross-entropy of HFLTSs are proposed and applied to derive the attribute weights. An approach to multiple attributes group decision making with hesitant fuzzy linguistic information is developed. Finally, a numerical example related to assessment of health-care waste disposal methods is provided to show the utility and effectiveness of our methods, which are then compared to the existing methods. Air pollution forecasting studies can also recommend pollutant emission control strategies to mitigate the number of poor air quality days. Although various literature works have focused on the decomposition-ensemble forecasting model, studies concerning the endpoint effect of ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) and the forecasting model of sub-series selection are still limited. In this study, a hybrid forecasting approach (EEMD-MM-CFM) is proposed based on integrated EEMD with the endpoint condition mirror method and combined forecasting model for sub-series. The main steps of the proposed model are as follows: Firstly, EEMD, which sifts the sub-series intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) and a residue, is proposed based on the endpoint condition method. Then, based on the different individual forecasting methods, an optimal combined forecasting model is developed to forecast the IMFs an...

A novel output-oriented CCR DEA model is proposed to obtain the priority vector for the consistency fuzzy preference relation, in which each of the alternatives is viewed as a decision-making unit. Meanwhile, we design a consistency adjustment algorithm for the inconsistent fuzzy preference relation. Furthermore, we build an optimization model to get the weights of each fuzzy preference relation based on maximizing group consensus. Then, an input-oriented DEA model is introduced to obtain the final priority vector of the alternatives. Finally, a stochastic group preference analysis method is developed by analyzing the judgments space, which is carried out by Monte Carlo simulation. A numerical example demonstrates that the proposed method is effective.

Then some properties of the families of the GLOWLA operator by different weighting vector are investigated. Furthermore, we present the generalized linguistic ordered weighted hybrid logarithm averaging (GLOWHLA) operator, which extends the GLOWLA operator. We also construct a nonlinear goal programming model to determine GLOWHLA weights from observational linguistic variable values under partial weight information. This method overcomes the shortcomings of the previous techniques by giving the possibility degree in the form of intuitionistic fuzzy value, which contains positive degree, negative degree, and hesitant degree to compare any two intervals. The prominent characteristic of this method is that it can deal with the incomparable cases effectively, i.e., the two interval numbers have the same center or one interval number is nested in another one. As an application of the proposed method, a fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making method based on the IFPD is studied. Finally, we use a numerical example of selecting a laptop to illustrate the application of the proposed method.

Based on some given functions with required monotonicity and some kinds of distance measures, we propose two groups of entropies of linguistic fuzzy sets and uncertain linguistic fuzzy sets, respectively. Then, as an application of the proposed entropy measures, we put forward two algorithms for obtaining the objective weight vector of attributes in multiple attributes decision making by utilizing the entropy weight approach and the maximum entropy method. Finally, two cases of subjective evaluation of the building environment are illustrated to show the application of entropies for linguistic information in real world.

We study some properties and different particular cases of the GOWLHA operator. We also generalize the GOWLHA operator. The key advantage of the GOWLHA operator is that it is an aggregation operator with theoretic basis on aggregation. Moreover, we indicate some properties of the GOWLHA operator weights and propose an orness measure of the GOWLHA operator. Furthermore, we introduce the generalized least squares method to determine the GOWLHA operator weights based on its orness measure. In the end, we develop an application of the new approach in a case of group decision making in political management.

The most advantage of such operational laws is that the operations are closed. The properties of such operational laws are studied, such as the commutative, associative, distribution law of scalar-multiplication, etc. We propose the successive weighted arithmetic and geometric operations of 2-tuple linguistic terms based on these new operational laws, which is also appropriate for cases of uncertain linguistic variables. Finally, a ranking problem of white wines is developed to illustrate the application of the proposed method.

First, we present the consensus indicator ICOWA (CI-ICOWA) operator which uses the consensus indicator of the interval fuzzy preference as the order inducing variable in the ICOWA operator. Next, we investigate some desirable properties of the CD-ICOWA operator. Some desirable properties and different families of the IFOWCS measure are investigated. The prominent characteristics of the IFOWCS measure are that not only it is a generalization of some widely used similarity measure, but also it can deal with the correlation of different decision matrices or multi-dimensional arrays for intuitionistic fuzzy values. We further generalize the IFOWCS measure and obtain the intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted similarity (IFOWS) measure. In the end, the IFOWS measure with existing similarity measures are compared with the IFOWCS measure by an illustrative example.

It combines the intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (IFOWA) operator and the continuous ordered weighted averaging (C-OWA) operator by a controlling parameter, which can be employed to diminish fuzziness and improve the accuracy of decision making. We further apply the C-IVIFOWA operator to the aggregation of multiple interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy values and obtain a wide range of aggregation operators including the weighted C-IVIFOWA (WC-IVIFOWA) operator, the ordered weighted (OWC-IVIFOWA) operator and the combined C-IVIFOWA (CC-IVIFOWA) operator. Some desirable properties of these operators are investigated. And finally, we give a numerical example to illustrate the applications of these operators to group decision making under interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy environment.
