Polykromia16 is a retro-inspired 16x16 asset pack (technically 15x15!) designed with a striking minimalist aesthetic, perfect for roguelikes and old-school RPGs. Whether you’re building dungeons, crafting overworld maps, or creating unique villages in different biomes, this asset pack provides a versatile foundation! The minimalism of the tiles, paired with various colors, can fit many biomes and environments while maintaining consistency.

Polykromia16 comes with more than 500 unique tiles in three different styles:

• 1-bit: Perfect for a sleek, classic look.
• 2-bit: 4 colors (3 + 1 background), adding depth with limited palettes.
• Polychrome: 2-bit tiles you can mix and match to create unique environments!

_What's to come?_

Polykromia16 is brand new, and several free updates are planned for the base asset pack (this one) but alos for paid complementary asset packs as DLCs and extension. Nothing has been decided yet but don't worry, free updates will come for the base pack!

_Licensing_

You can use this asset pack in both free and commercial project. You can modify it if needed.
You cannot redistribute it or resell it. You cannot use it in any project linked to NFTs or crypto in anyway.
