Solid app

The app is effective, stable, and very clear. Easy to navigate, easy to use.

Far underestimates the fare prior to booking

I used this app during a 2X Uber surge pricing time. This app estimated my ~ 18 minute ride would be $14 less than the Uber, so I took it. We did not encounter any heavy traffic during my taxi ride. We arrived at my destination and the base fee was $10 more than the estimate. It wasn’t the driver’s fault so I kept the default tipping option which came up to $3. All included this was the same price as the Uber on a rare 2X surge. Not impressed.

App issues

Your kind driver first did not have my destination address, then did not know that I had paid on line before the trip
