If I close this account prior to this indebtedness being satisfied, I agree to notify APTA's Finance Department of the specifics of my new account or how the outstanding balance will be paid. I understand that if I fail to meet my payment obligation to APTA, my membership will be terminated.
I authorize APTA to continue to charge my credit/debit card for my full dues (and voluntary contributions and Easy Pay processing fee if applicable) from year to year until such time I notify APTA by telephone at 800-999-2782, or in writing at AutoRenew@apta.org or APTA, Attn: APTA’s Member Success team, 3030 Potomac Avenue, Suite 100 Alexandria, VA 22305 to cancel the automatic renewal. I understand that my membership will be renewed annually by charging my credit/debit card my full dues at the current rate in effect at renewal (along with voluntary contributions and Easy Pay processing fee if applicable). Members who are enrolled in both the Easy Pay and Auto Renew plans will have dues renewed annually and paid in 4 payments over 6 months.
