This is the only game of its kind.

It's a space exploration action-adventure game with Metroidvania elements. But wait, I hear you thinking, that sounds like Starfield. Or No Man's Sky. Or Star Citizen.

And you'd be right. Except for one simple thing: Xeviant is a GameBoy Color game.

Xeviant boast the largest open world to have ever graced a GameBoy console, of any generation, with a total map size 256x that of Link's Awakening. Space is vast, after all. But fear not: the starfield of Xeviant may be incomprehensibly huge, but it is populated with hostile aliens, foreign worlds, complex space stations, and fourth-dimensional wormholes. The space of Xeviant may be vast, but it is anything but boring.

Features:

• A procedurally-generated, deterministic world map. It's unique to every save file, but the world is deterministic. Find a planet? It'll be there when you get back. Explore something? You might want to get better gear and return later.
• A plethora of random encounters to increase variety. Not every encounter can be solved the same way, so be careful.
• Beautiful hand-drawn pixel art by yours truly.
