Discussion:

According to N2800, the associative container requirements table 85 says that assigning an initializer_list to such a container is of constant complexity, which is obviously wrong.

We agree with the proposed resolution.

Move to Tentatively Ready.

Proposed resolution:

In 23.2.7 [associative.reqmts], Table 85 change:
