Gergő Nemes
Gergő Nemes (b. 1988 in Szeged, Hungary) is a Professor in the School of Mathematics at the Harbin Institute of Technology, China.
He obtained a B.Sc. in mathematics (with distinction) and a M.Sc. in mathematics (with honours) from Loránd Eötvös University, Budapest, Hungary and a Ph.D. in mathematics from Central European University in Budapest, Hungary.
Nemes has research interests in asymptotic analysis, Écalle theory, exact WKB analysis, and special functions.
As of September 2021, Nemes performed a complete analysis and acted as main consultant for the update of the source citation and proof metadata for every formula in Chapter 25 Zeta and Related Functions.
In September 2024, Nemes was named Associate Editor for the following DLMF Chapters
