What is the current behavior?

No convenient attributes to enable and customize Apple Intelligence writing tools.

What is the new behavior?

Adds support for iosWritingToolsBehavior to customize default, complete, limited or none behavior.
Adds support for iosWritingToolsAllowedInput to customize the various input support including default, list, plaintext, richtext, table.
