We should expose how each service was contributed to the larger application in the dashboard API metdata, such as whether configured by the user, added by an extension, or setup by the Tye host itself.

Tooling often seeks to emphasize developer-owned assets and separate them from other dynamically scaffolded assets; such metadata is required in order for tooling to make that distinction.
