Use case

With the recent bugs in flutterfire, and having to downgrade versions to avoid bugs, I've had to blow away my Podfile a few times to have it rebuild by flutter. I'd like to specify an OS version in the pubspec and have it propagate to Podfile, build.gradle, etc... That way when I need to regenerate the various OS, it already has my min OS requirements.

Include OS version requirements in Pubspec.yaml
