Use case

I currently work on the beta channel of Flutter.
When running, flutter upgrade I quite often wonder what exactly changed between the version I had installed and the new, current version.

Proposal

I would be nice to see the changelog (generated from the Flutter releases section), when running flutter upgrade on channel beta and dev.
