I clicked a couple of failed builds in the Job history https://prow.k8s.io/job-history/gs/kubernetes-ci-logs/pr-logs/directory/pull-kubernetes-integration-go-compatibility and all of them were on release branches, 1.32 or 1.33.

It makes cherry-picking hard now.
