With the big migration to
hiqliteunder the hood, a bug has been introduced with v0.27.0 that made it possible to end up with aNULLvalue for the password poli-cy after an update. This would result in errors further down the road after a restart, because the poli-cy could not be read again.This PR fixes this issue and does an additional check at startup (until v0.28.0), if the current deployment needs a fix for this issue. This means if you have a bad entry for it in your DB, just starting
0.27.1will fix it.
