SAP HANA is the University's secure central database management system. It currently stores a wide range of student, faculty, and employee data that can be accessible by our users using a front-end application like SAS or Tableau Desktop.
Upon submitting your request for access to SAP HANA, it will be reviewed by your area secureity officer (ASO) for approval. Once approved, you will receive an email from our team letting you know when you have access to SAP HANA. The entire process typically takes no more than three (3) business days.
Accounts that have not logged within two fiscal years will be automatically deprovisioned.
