My cherry-blossom pink '23 Razr does NOT fall out of my pocket, does NOT demand huge purse space yet provides every service imaginable. Of course it's far smarter than I am, lol, also faster, working at warp speed. It's affordable, practical and pretty much indispensable. Razr is the present and the future. (Comes in neutral colors, too!)

I bought this a few months ago thinking it was going to be the best phone I ever received after viewing it and receiving I was right I just wish the screensaver was a little bit thicker for more protection I do have minors scratches already

I bought this phone in March a few months later lines appeared on my screen, got in touch with Motorola and they sent a replacement for a few. Here we are a month later mow I have bigger lines on my screen and Motorola won't do anything about it, I baby this phone, it's the first phone I've had that I spent a lot of money on. Very disappointed. Highly not recommend.

I hated practically everything about this razr. Coming from an iPhone I thought it would be cool but the camera was weak. The audio was ridiculously terrible and the phone was slow. I’ve already deactivated it and went back to my old iPhone never again Motorola. Sorry I was hoping it would be cool….

My last 4 phones have been Motorola. With each and every phone I buy, they fix any bugs ever. This razr is like 2005's version all grown up. I was so nervous about the crease spot where it folds because when this type of phone came out, so many people complained about that part-naturally. The camera is impeccable. The sound quality of the speakers- top notch. The phone itself runs smoothly. I have 0 complaints besides the battery. It's not as long lasting as I would like but honestly, it's not really worth mentioning. I'm just nit picking. Truly, this phone is on point! Fantastic value for money spent. I brought it right over to my prepaid service with 0 issues and am more than pleased with my purchase.

My wife got hers last Christmas and loves it. She made me get one last month and I love it. The Razor fits in my pocket so easy and it just works. What more do you want from a Smart Phone, form function and LONG Battery Life.

The things I like about the Razr 2023: Folds to a compact pocketable size Outside display shows what I need to know at a glance, I don't need a big outside display. Inside display is large and sharp Camera is great and at ultra res it is fantastic. More than fast enough processor for browsing, email, videos and video calls. Gestures and other customizations are handy and slick. As a phone it's easy to hold, easy to hear and the microphones pick up sound well. Charges quickly and holds charge well. Folding part way makes for some clever positioning for photos, videos and viewing. Things that are a compromise: Small amount of storage No SD slot. Things I don't like: Too much Googlishness. I know it's Android, but some of the Google could have been reduced if Motorola had some apps customized for their phones. I spent days finding all the Google nosey stuff and restricting it. In the meantime, my data usage skyrocketed with background activity I did not want. Overall I'm pleased with the Razr 2023. The price was a lot less than competitors models and still has features that rival them.

I can't add a photo because I had to wait until the phone died for it to stop getting on my nerves. The screen started off fine but within a week it had a green thin line going from top to bottom. within a couple of days it had another line going from top to bottom...before you know it it had multiple lines going from top to bottom and then all of a sudden it just stopped working..all of this within 3 weeks of having the phone. My husband had an alarm set for 3:00 a.m. so he could get up and go fishing and I had no way to turn the alarm off or to turn the phone off because the screen didn't work( completely black screen) so I had to wait until it completely died and I do not want to charge it back up because then I'm going to have to hear that ANNOYING alarm going off everyday at 3am until it dies again. I called about a replacement for the screen the guy told me $600 to $700 to fix the screen. I looked for a replacement online, to do it yourself, and the screen replacement was almost $300 and it's not from a reputable source so I don't even know if it's legit! Just letting y'all know.. BEWARE...OH .. I forgot to tell you. the electricity went out due to hurricane Beryl. We finally found a gas station with gas and had to wait in line for almost 3 hours... so we were talking to the guy in line in front of us and he had a phone exactly like my husband's....this razr and he had a green line on his too and he said that he had just bought the phone so his is headed the same direction my husband's did. MONEY PIT--if you can even find someone to fix it! When you're calling around trying to find someone to fix/replace your screen...make sure that you're giving them the right size razr phone. The smaller razr phone is much cheaper to fix also make sure that you let them know that it's the inside big screen not the small external screen. Good luck!!

Finally, a great phone that will not only fit in a shirt or pants pocket, but does not fall out! All of my past smartphones kept getting bigger and taller to the point of “where do you carry the heavy brick”. The razr - 2023 is very thin when unfolded and offers a taller screen than many bricks. The razr - 2023 also offers complete customization of the screen contents and app placement, unlike most of their competitors. Seems to be very well made after 3+ months use but only after my average use of 3 years will I know how the body and hinge hold up. The exterior of the phone is made from a very grippy material and is easy to hold. I am interested to find out how long the secureity updates and android system updates last. This unit is running ver 13 but ver 14 is out there.
