Communication was absolutely amazing from the very first day I placed my order. Unfortunately, due to unexpected circumstances my delivery took a full month to reach me (Dublin to Galway). If it wasn't for that, it would be full five stars.

Very good selection in everything possible. OK prices, but the shipment was disappointing. I paid for delivery with DHL, but DHL passes the job on to the Norwegian postal service. It is not sustainable. Now it has been over two weeks and I still haven't received the package. I would really like to see DHL deliver all the way.

I'm not the kind of guy to write a review but I feel I have to I drove all the way from Waterford today to buy a guitar with all i can say is the customer service was the worst I've ever seen wasn't once approached by staff I eventually asked they guy had no more interest in helping me ,second guy approached looked like he was hung over from last night which is not the customers fault ,I known waltons has great name but if they keep the staff they have they won't have a business, i came out of the shop rageing after driving for 2 half hours to get there ,I'll never return not hope looks fantastic when you walk in I was all excited but that quickly left my body , I went home spend 2k on line for my dream guitar

Started with him almost 3 years ago. I'm still here. To hell with the kids' inheritance. Built a classical guitar that is simply astounding. Then a bouzouki: sounds great... Will be even better when I learn to play it. Now building a J45 type, then a Tele. All that aside this is a great day out for we sad guitar nerds, and laughs a-plenty. Join us?

The Beams played our wedding August 2024. From the very start, working with The Beams was great. Miguel was extremely prompt in replying to my messages, getting things like deposits, set lists, logistics, etc. in hand with minimal fuss - if you're planning a wedding you know this is gold! We opted for a five piece band, including saxafone and DJ. The Beams have an extremely extensive set list so we were easily able to select a few key numbers for the band. We also were able to send through a couple of DJ requests. The Beams were absolute professionals. They arrived with plenty of time to spare, and they got themselves sorted and set up quickly and efficiently. Then they started playing, and they really got the party started. The music was super tight and the sound was so good. Everyone loved it! All our selected pieces were played and there was something for everyone. When the band was done, we had opted to have the saxafone stay on with the DJ. Do this. This was amazing fun. The saxofonist left the bandstand and joined the dancefloor, continuing to play Careless Whisper (a last minute request on the night itself!). The final chapter of the night was the DJ set, which was full of classics, bops, and our requests. The Beams kept the party going and our guests dancing for over five hours. They are easy to recommend, and worth every penny!

We loved having Joe at our wedding, and our guests did too!! He was great at communicating with us, and very responsive. It was such a unique experience to have him play us down the aisle, and then come back and surprise all the guests at the end of the night with a truly unforgettable experience. All of our guests said that our wedding was the most fun wedding they had ever been to, and I think Joe had a lot to do with that!! He even let my husband try the pipes!
