Alexianna Tsotsou
Alexianna Tsotsou holds a PhD degree in Discourse Analysis and Media Linguistics from the University of Hamburg. Her thesis is about the image of Germany in the Greek press before and after the economic crisis in Greece. She has studied Greek Philology (Bachelor) and Theoretical and Applied Linguistics (MA) at the Univeristy of Athens.
She is especially interested in Critical Discourse Analysis and the reproduction of ideologies through media and political discourse. She is now studying (Bachelor) in the Law School of Thrace in Greece with the aim to analyse further the connection between discourse and law.
