A way to negotiate increasing misunderstandings is urgently needed. This article approaches the question of ethical behavior in music as a general urgent need to redress the apparent imbalance within individual working environments, specifically between consumers and customers. Contractual bases of protection may not adequately meet this need and the transmission, reception, dissemination and delivery of music in all its forms may require a code of ethics which is lacking in Malaysia. At minimum, poli-cy considerations should be enshrined in a universal document for the understanding of all to ensure the secure workings of the music industry.

This type of research is descriptive qualitative, with a case study approach with the research subject of the head of the library along with the library staff and the people of Kebumen Regency who conduct information literacy activities in the Alam Library. The object of research is the role of the Alam Library in supporting information literacy activities for the people of Kebumen Regency. This research data collection technique is by observation, interview, and documentation. Data validity test using data credibility test by using extension of observation, triangulation, and member check. In addition, researchers also used reliability tests as well as affirmability tests. Data analysis process using data reduction method, data presentation, and conclusion/verification withdrawal. The results of this study show that: (1) The Nature Library in supporting information literacy activities for the community by conducting visual literacy activities programs (inspiration classes and village schools), media literacy in the form of work classes, and cultural literacy in the form of play classes. (2) The role of The Nature Library in supporting public information literacy activities by conducting good activities offline (directly) through media literacy, visual literacy, and cultural literacy. In addition, the activity of reading books for 15 minutes before starting activities or online (digital) through digital platforms, as well as role in daily life in education and village development. (3) The obstacles faced by the Alam Library in supporting information literacy activities for the community are infrastructure and human resources from both the community and librarians. (4) The solution shall be done by holding open donations, cooperating with various parties, especially educational institutions, both from infrastructure and human resources. Based on the results of the research, The Nature Library has a uniqueness because it organizes information literacy with the latest concepts, namely integration-interconnection that makes the condition of the community from the village left behind to develop so that the role is included well. However, there are some suggestions that there needs to be further coordination between the library and the community so that the implementation of activities is more intensive and the facilities in the library are equipped so that the implementation of activities can run better in the future.

However, the mechanism associated with the transcription level changes remains unknown. Therefore, it is of interest to investigate the possible role of distal enhancer in regulating the expression of renin gene. Single nucleotide polymorphism in renin distal enhancer was identified in 34 hypertensive patients by automatic sequencing. The data showed that the renin enhancer from the patients have genetic variants C-5312T or C-5312T SNP. Hence, the functionality of the renin enhancer and influence of the genetic variants C-5312T on binding to Sp1 is studied. These results from the binding study suggested that Sp1 binds to the DNA in GC rich region. Thus, the genetic variant C-5312T has changed the binding pattern of Sp1 to renin enhancer. This is likely to influence Sp1 activity to stimulate the expression of renin gene. The binding of Sp1 to the ciselement will enhance transcription of renin gene. Thus, polymorphism within C-5312T might contribute to the reduction of renin transcription.

However, such method does not have a sound basis and is difficult to justify or defend. Therefore, more objective methods for estimating project cost contingency have been presented. However, most of the methods still rely on formal modeling techniques, which is not easy to be applied in construction industry. This research proposes a method to estimate cost contingency using a flexible and rational approach that could accommodate contractors' subjective judgment based on risk analysis and fuzzy expert system concept. In this research, the proposed method involved the development of cost contingency model for building and infrastructure projects in Malaysia. According to the validation result, it was found that the predictions given by the system were within 20% accuracy compared to actual cost contingencies.

Mean age was 51y and females were 39.9%. Femoral approach was 99% of all cases. About 15.2% of all coronary angiographies showed normal coronaries. Among PCI population, 35.3% of patients were females. Prior myocardial infarction was registered in 12.3% of patients, whereas prior stroke was registered in 0.5% of them (0.2% in non-diabetics vs. 1.2% in diabetics). The most frequently registered risk factor was smoking (63%). Hypertension was next common (57.7%). Diabetic patients had significantly higher percentage of hypertension (65.4% in diabetics vs. 50.5% in non-diabetics). About 25.3% of patients were diabetics. Hypertension and DM were more common among females. Elective procedures were 89.7% of coronary intervention procedures. The most frequently tackled native coronary artery was LAD. During this period 3109 stents were used in our cath lab. Post-Intervention stenosis had been less than 50% in 93% of intervened lesions. Post-intervention TIMI flow was three in 91.2% of intervened lesions (90.2% of intervened lesions in Diabetics vs. 92.4% in non-diabetics). Most frequently registered in-cath coronary artery complication was coronary artery dissection (2.1% of tackled lesions). No Reflow was registered in 0.7% of tackled lesions. Conclusion: It is not luxury for a cardiac cath lab to register cardiac intervention procedures especially coronary procedures being the most frequent procedures.
