In today’s globalized world, English has become the predominant language of communication in the technical domain, facilitating collaboration, innovation, and
knowledge sharing across borders. This paper critically examines the importance of English in the technical field, exploring its role in driving technological advancements, enabling professional success, and fostering international cooperation. Through a review of existing literature and case studies, the paper highlights the challenges faced by non-native English speakers, particularly in accessing technical resources and participating in global discussions. It further discusses how English proficiency has become essential for technical professionals to stay competitive and engaged in cutting-edge research and development. The paper concludes by offering recommendations for overcoming language barriers and enhancing English language skills within technical education and
industries, emphasizing the need for multilingual strategies to ensure inclusive growth in the technical domain.

Indian English literature. Recognizing the profound impact of colonial legacies on the nation's cultural and literary fabric, our
study carefully scrutinizes selected modern literary works to unveil the nuanced interplay between postcolonial themes and the
complex process of identity construction.
Navigating through the dynamic landscape of postcolonial experiences, our analysis reveals how characters, narratives, and
cultural contexts in these literary works serve as mirrors reflecting the evolving nature of identity in a society in flux. By adopting
a critical lens, we uncover the multifaceted dimensions of identity formation against the backdrop of a postcolonial milieu, where
historical legacies intersect with the challenges and opportunities presented by contemporary global dynamics.
As we traverse the pages of these texts, this research contributes not only to the scholarly discourse on Indian English literature
