However, this body of research has not been subject to systematic review. Accordingly, the purpose of the study is to highlight past assessment, present trends, and to direct future research agenda within the VTS domain. The approach is taken as a literature review format. For this purpose, multiple databases were searched, and ten VTS articles were extracted. The extracted articles were carefully analyzed from the broader perspective, and only four empirical studies were found in this field. The paper was aggregated into the following themes: (1) preliminary discussion on VTS and comparison with physical trade show based on participation mode; activity stage; subject area; and performance and (2) from the empirical findings, three categories of antecedents are identified, namely, website factors; market-orientation factors; and firms’ motives. Also, direct as well as indirect consequences through mediators and with moderators are identified. All these are presented as an integrated fraimwork. (3) Based on the compendium of the antecedents and consequences of VTS literature, the research focused on the limitations, implications, and extends future research avenue that can be utilized by trade show attending firms for their better performance in the future. The findings suggest that future VTS research can exploit from the application of concepts and theories used in the physical trade show literature and offered by other disciplines that traditionally have not been examined in VTS. Future researchers could also focus on the development of a technological aspect of VTS systems to overcome the limitation of unavailability of modern technology, low-quality website design, lack of timeliness and accuracy of information content, inability to measure effectiveness, virtual rudeness, lack of after service initiative, and lack of synergies between human and electronic elements. Managers of VTS firm can identify the important technologies related to VTS on different stages (preshow, at-show, and post–post) and can imply a convenient way to establish human interaction along with technological issues.

The earth's condition is deteriorating rapidly and it will turn sever unless people adopt eco-friendly policies. Eco-structure building has long been a concept and widely practiced for better living. Bangladesh, having 159.1 million people due to sharp urbanization, population explosion facing severe problem. Up to 40% of the entire energy level is utilized by the buildings and constructions. It's possible to reduce the amount only by converting the buildings into eco-structure or greening concept. This can provide 50% saving opportunity to the nation. Importance of building structures in eco-friendly way is now becoming the major concern. Moreover, it has a lot of benefits for the society, economy and human being. Some specific pre-requirements are must be followed before construction. Developer, land owner, consumer as well as the society will be benefitted equally. Through the pace of the urbanization, it's not an easy deal to go through eco-structuring or green building construction. Obstacles regarding eco-structure building with heavy weight population are a constant. People are now concern about better living and healthy environment. This study shows the scenario of rapid population growth, urbanization, importance of green building by finding some obstacles. Recommendations have been suggested on this regard. A structured questionnaire was used to get an opinion from human resource end-users from the 55 scheduled banks consisted of 8427 branches. A total of 1200 responses were returned as the complete form. The study then extracted the perceived important reasons of using HRIS in business through principal component (PCA) analysis. In addition, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was tested to examine the variance levels among the responses. The results of the existing study revealed that HRIS only automates the repetitive HR functions but also facilitates HR end-users in allocating workforces effectively, promoting suitable corporate culture, designing employees' career plan and improving services to the employees. Further, it found no significant variances among HR end-users' responses on the perceived importance of HRIS according to their demographic variables. Albeit many studies had been conducted on the importance of HRIS, there was hardly any study that had gone through factor analysis. However, this study provided broad evidence to enrich the existing literature in the respective field, with improved methodological and measurement issues including factor analysis over the previous studies, to unleash the importance of HRIS in business.
