This creates a business opportunity in the field of fashion and established Jaya Rejeki Abadi with the brand name of VnVleathergoods strep bag product. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and promotion on purchase decisions of VnVleathergoods. This research was done by using quantitative approach. Methods of data collection was conducted by using questionnaires. The sampling technique was done with saturated sampling, so it is known the number of research samples was 74 people. The analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that product quality and promotion have a significant influence on purchasing decision of VnVleathergoods. Abstrak: Industri fesyen memiliki peranan yang besar dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Hal ini menciptakan peluang usaha dalam bidang fesyen dan di dirikan Jaya Rejeki Abadi dengan nama merek produk strep tas VnVleathergoods. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian VnVleathergoods. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sampling jenuh, sehingga diketahui jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 74 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan promosi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian VnVleathergoods.
