The Department of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) is responsible for efficient and effective stewardship of campus buildings, equipment, and grounds in a manner which supports the educational mission of the University.  O&M is comprised of function/trade specific shops supporting centralized warehouse, work control, and administrative functions. We handle issues related to up keeping and maintaining our campus, including replacing lights, resolving plumbing problems, moving offices and keeping our campus beautiful.
