(minor spoilers)

Hi! Sorry if this turns out to be really straightforward but I can't seem to progress past Chapter 2? The screen goes dark with the line 'My name was James' and then it cuts back to the menu screen. I've reloaded the game a few times and it still won't progress. Any advice?
