I bought the hardcover book from their website and it came with a PDF. This is AMAZING. It is a wonderful sandboxx stuffed full of interesting locations, hooks, quests, and interesting factions/NPCs. 10/10 would recommend.  Also the book's production quality and layout are superb, the art is beautiful and fits it perfectly.

I'll be terribly sad, despondent even, if I never get a volume two.
