with the walk through mod, what do i do with it and how does it work?

The scenes look great from this web page but I made it maybe two minutes in the game and it is sooo slow. Waiting for the moving of the characters, and looked at the controls for popping up menu but it wouldn't work. So all and all maybe make the controls less cryptic and allow us to make things move faster. 

Great game! Sisterly Lust was my first AVN. Been hooked since. Can't wait to keep playing TFTUV! Looking forward to the next episode.
