I figured it out! For anyone who may see this in the future, the PG Up and down (9 and 3 on the dial pad on keyboard) work

my pc isnt letting me look up or down :( whenever i try, pushing fn+ the up or down button, it just turns my volume up and down, any way to get around this or use different buttons?

If you're talking about the song that plays on the opening menu it's just called Blooming Panic on youtube, anything else youd have to go throught the music files for im p sure
