before i forget to mention it: i finally got some more time to sit down and play with the app on my laptop, and i wanted to let you know the glitch that occurred on my pc isn't showing up on here. (though it might still be showing up on my pc...? not sure, life has been a little hectic this past week x_x) i figured that might be helpful to know! both of my devices are running windows 11.

also, i tried out the bulk task creator utility and it's great! thank you again for all your hard work on this!

really nice app! i especially enjoy the animated effects with -dashes- and *asterisks*!

i can't seem to figure out how to make the app have a windowed view instead of fullscreen

off day my beloved <3 congrats on the language update!!

haha, i'm a dev myself so i totally understand how rare quality feedback is to come by! glad it could help :D

1. OHHH okay this makes sense!! i'll have to check it out later when i'm back on my pc (currently on my laptop... i almost wish there was a way to sync data between two computers but at the same time that would overcomplicate the app dramatically)

2. ahh okay! so the bulker app is contained within the files for chronoscope? sounds great, thank you!

4. yup, so basically every time i used the scroll wheel on my mouse (even just by one 'tick'), the custom icons/events that i added wouldn't show up. even clicking on the day that they were on wasn't showing the data. however, i found that creating a new icon/event on any day made the icons and events that had vanished pop back up. upon deleting the new event, as long as i didn't scroll, the icons remained in place. does that make sense?

yeah! i've got a few suggestions and things to say, actually, if you don't mind hearing them! this is kinda disorganized but i hope it's helpful at least a little bit akhjsdlf. will definitely be keeping an eye out for any future software you develop; this style of app is very appealing to me as a disabled person.

1. i think it'd be good to make the window resizable- i noticed that i can't seem to resize it on my pc (at least by clicking and dragging), which confused me a bit. the size of it isn't bad, i just think it would be nice to be able to make it bigger or smaller

2. allow the user to pre-create a 'reusable' event, such as using a green square for a certain class time. then, the user could drag and drop a green square onto that day, and it would automatically add the time and description! i think this would be an excellent feature, and probably the one i'd be most interested in out of what i've listed here. (it actually might be already possible, but it's not obvious to me at least). or potentially allow the user to input an event as "weekly", similarly to how there's a "yearly" option.

3. i really really love the simplistic UI and how easy it is on the eyes. no loud obnoxious colors, and a simple interface that's easy to understand. just good software design, no distractions... it's pretty much exactly what i was looking for in a calendar app.

4. i found a bug: when you move the scroll wheel, the user-defined events blink out of existence... until you add a new event and go back to the calendar page, where they reappear

i just wanna say that i really appreciate how you added a way to customize the greeting string. the percentage of the year and total life days was making me anxious, so i was glad to find out it's removable!

(1 edit)

hello, i wanted to ask if this software is able to transcribe live audio- or does it only transcribe from a video file? thank you for your time!

edit: my bad, i saw that you answered this question below!

most difficult game i've ever played 10/10

a nice, user-friendly app with lovely sound options! thank you for your work ^^

a very nice little tool! a wonderful idea and it has lovely color schemes :)

AMAZING game!!!

this is lovely!!

Thanks for reading! I'm glad you enjoyed it, and I appreciate the encouragement :)

i haven't played your game, but this is just horribly sad. i've recieved random negative reviews in the past, but nothing on this scale. thus far i've just... turned off reviews when this happens. but yeah, it's incredibly discouraging. hang in there

first of all, let me just say that i love your art style.

secondly, as a trans man, i can relate to this on some level. i've been desperately wanting top surgery not only for myself, but because i do not want other people to percieve me as a woman. in my mind, my chest is an inescapable reminder of the prison of a body i was born into, and i still struggle in thinking that people i know think of me as a man only to please me. i can't seem to wrap my mind around the idea that i can have a chest like this, yet still be a man, because i so desperately want to pass that i can't even comprehend passing before i can get top surgery. i dont know if any of this makes sense. i feel like perception of our bodies can cause a lot of dysphoria for trans people, more than if we somehow lived in a vacuum where no one was judging what we look like or if we pass.

thanks for making the zine, it really made me think about society and gender expectations in a way i struggle to articulate

i rate it fish/10

I'm very glad you liked it! I was honestly quite nervous because I've never properly made a zine before, much less published one... I used to make them as a kid before I even had any idea what a zine was, so they've interested me for years once I learned there was an actual term for it. I'm glad to see that at least one person enjoyed this! It was quite fun to make :)

yeah, it ended up working out pretty well for me in that regard! and yes, absolutely, i love actually having pockets! even unisex clothing is far better about pockets than womens' clothing. it's so maddening that, in many of my older womens' pants, they have pockets- BUT THE POCKETS ARE SEWN CLOSED! they literally made pockets and then made them unusuable!! i'm half convinced they just want to sell more purses and handbags, which is why so many pockets in womens' clothing are awful, haha!

thanks for sharing your content, it's lovely!

as a trans guy, men's clothes just fit my body so much better and more comfortably. it seems like the majority of womens' clothes are not designed for people with curves or larger people. and even casual womens' shirts seem cut to show off the figure of the person wearing them... i hate it all, i much prefer men's or unisex.

to some extent, yeah! nothing drastic, but it did make me realize some things about how i'd ideally like to dress. i didn't play for very long during my session, but i'm hoping to play it some more in the future! ^^

Replying here to second this comment. I'm disabled and neurodivergent and struggle financially, so I greatly appreciate it when developers provide community copies for people who cannot afford the purchase price. I look forward to playing the game when I can, and hopefully I can support your work in the future. The art of this looks lovely, and I also am very glad that no generative AI was used to make this. Thank you for providing community copies; I'll try to come back and leave another comment and a review when I've played the game!

this is so sweet and soft!!

Lovely art and great message!

i love your art style!

quite a nice little game! thank you for making it, i really liked the writing prompts.

The game's concept seems simple at first glance, but the premise alone and the nature of randomly determining the next area you reach inspired my writing very well. Excellently designed game, and it was very fun for me to play.

honestly i love this, the textures are so nice

you've made an absolutely stellar game. i'm not very far into my playthrough, but i've already fallen in love with it. the ruleset and premise make it surprisingly easy to jump right into writing your world and character, and i love how flexible it is! you're not bound to one strict setting, after all- instead, there is plenty of room for creativity and extrapolation.

i've chosen for my character Clara to have been born as a werewolf, since both of his parents are lycan (which is the shorthand i've been using to refer to a werewolf/lycanthrope in my writing). i chose a setting of rural appalachia in the late 1920s, and am planning to incorporate both steampunk and eldritch themes.

i absolutely adore how well thought-out the writing prompts in this are, especially for the worldbuilding and character-building portions. it makes brainstorming much easier and far less intimidating than it often is for me.

thank you so much for gifting me your game as a community copy! i greatly appreciate it, and am hoping that it will help me stay more consistent with journaling this year as well as to process some things in my own life.

oh hi meem!! glad you played the game, enjoy the pain LOL

This is the first journaling game I've played at the moment, and I really enjoyed it! I found it surprisingly easy to start writing right away with the cards I drew and the dice I rolled. Very well-designed game and thoughtfully chosen meanings to dice and cards. Excellent work!

nearly made me cry... this is so emotional aghh. not many games tackle topics like this. very well done!!

gahhh this got me really emotional! both endings are written so well and the art is really engaging. the menu especially is very unique! awesome work <3

so glad you enjoyed it! :)

gorgeous!!! amazing work

amazing concept! the atmosphere was creepy enough that several times when the pager vibrated, i jumped in my seat. would love to see where this goes!

WOOO LETS GOO these are great!!!

ahh thank you, i'm so glad it helped!!

thank you!!
