I just downloaded the update to the base set and every file in there is corrupted and won't open. Not sure if it's just me or if others are having an issue, so figured I'd ask here before trying to download it again. :)

That's weird! I just downloaded it an unzipped it. Files seem okay in there. If anyone else is having issues, let me know. Happy to reupload.
