When someone makes and fulfills a Boast, I take it that even if they made the Boast only in front of their fellow adventurers, they are expected to tell other people about it to, to spread their fame/legend. But what if going public on what they did could cause negative fallout? Can they be somewhat selective in who they tell this boast to? Or wait until they get some safe distance before spreading the word?
