Just posting this so people know it's a thing! Any games created prior to this will have a room in the Hymnir Volcano area which is missing a wall collision. This allows players to get out of bounds, which should simply kill you and respawn you in the room you were just in. However, since I generally don't want players to be out of bounds at all, I've fixed it in the default room files, so any future created saves will not have said issues.

• Fixed an issue with collision in one room the Volcano area. This change will only affect newly started games, so if you've started a game and you find an out of bounds area in Hymnir Volcano, know that it's been fixed for future playthroughs.
