Ketua Setiausaha Negara Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia untuk Jabatan Dalam Negeri (bahasa Inggeris: His Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for the Home Department), biasanya dirujuk sebagai Setiausaha Dalam Negeri (Bahasa Inggeris: Home Secretary), ialah ketua pejabat Jabatan Dalam Negeri dan seorang menteri Kabinet yang kanan di Kerajaan Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia. Ia adalah kedudukan berprofil tinggi, salah satu daripada empat Jabatan Besar Negara, dan diiktiraf secara meluas sebagai salah satu peranan yang paling berprestij dan penting dalam Kabinet British.

Setiausaha Dalam Negeri bertanggungjawab untuk urusan dalaman dari England dan Wales, dan untuk imigresen dan kewarganegaraan untuk United Kingdom. Pengambilan Jabatan Home juga merangkumi polis di England dan Wales dan perkara-perkara keselamatan negara, oleh kerana Perkhidmatan keselamatan (MI5) bertanggungjawab secara langsung kepada Setiausaha Dalam Negeri. Terdahulu, Setiausaha Dalam Negeri adalah menteri yang bertanggungjawab untuk penjara dan percubaan di England dan Wales; Walau bagaimanapun, pada 2007, tanggungjawab tersebut dipindahkan ke Kementerian Keadilan yang baru diwujudkan Kementerian Kehakiman di bawah Lord Canselor.
