Connect your android phone to that computer and transfer the file to the phone. Open it from a file explorer on the phone and install it.
If you download the *.apk on a phone:
Give the permission to your browser to install apps, got to downloads and install it.

Nice Art and animations. I had a bit of trouble with the controls especially jumping.
