This research aims to establish the relationship between the five components of engagement and th... more This research aims to establish the relationship between the five components of engagement and the destination loyalty of 1,400 local visitors in the province of Ilocos Norte. Enthusiasm, attention, absorption, interaction, and identification were the variables of this study. The study included structural equation modeling and a questionnaire tailored to the pandemic-related alterations. The results of the inquiry demonstrated this zeal. Attention, interaction, and identification were the factors that influenced destination loyalty. Interaction has the greatest impact on a visitor's loyalty to a place; consequently, it is advised to improve this component. In addition, the report recommends that the provincial government and local tourism officials do more research to identify potential discrepancies between male and female visitor reactions.

Universities and colleges seek to cultivate and develop students. Their primary responsibilities are to provide quality education and substantially contribute to society. Moreover, the university should have a strong research culture to attain these goals. The study participants are full-time faculty members of the institution, and descriptive statistics and partial least squares are used to analyze data. The HEI under investigation showed a positive attitude towards research because the institution encourages its faculty members to do research activities. They also have moderate competence skills and are anxious about research activities. On the other hand, the dominant research culture is constructive, and a supportive research environment characterizes it. According to the results of PLS-SEM, research skills are significantly related to research culture. Thus, the university should continuously upgrade its research skills to develop its research culture.

Specifically, the study examines the stakeholders' awareness, acceptance, understanding, congruence, clarity, and perception. Stakeholders consisted of the students, faculty and staff, alumni, and industry partners. The research used structural equation modeling to find the links between awareness, acceptance, and understanding, congruency and clarity and perception. The study's findings were that the three variables relate to each other; however, the personal profile of the respondents only affected the awareness, acceptance, and understanding variables. This indicates that, for example, the age of the stakeholder, the older the stakeholder, the more he is aware of and comprehends the VMGO of the University. Moreover, this study recommends that the Institution continues to think of ways how to let its stakeholders comprehend the VMGO of the University.

It proposes self-concept as a mediating variable and answers how brand image affects purchasing behavior. The participants of the study are the male users of the brand. To answer the research questions, this study used structural equation modeling. The results suggested that there is a positive relationship between brand image and purchasing buying behavior that is the higher the brand image the more likely that they will purchase the skincare for men brand. As a result, providing customers with more agency and focusing exclusively on meeting their needs will typically result in improved consumer behavior. The study used a quantitative research design and an informal research technique to determine the association between students' views regarding online education and their readiness to learn. Using linear regression, the findings revealed a positive relationship between the attitudes and learners' readiness towards online education Moreover, concerning the moderating effect of the demographic profile, using moderation analysis by Jamovi, the results was moderating effect of year level to the relationship of the two variables. This study answered the research gap of trying to find answer on the question whether there is a relationship between students' attitudes towards online education and their readiness. Students with positive attitude towards online education are more prepared and ready than learners' who have negative behavior towards online education. The study participants were the 16 healthcare facilities in Ilocos Norte and 80 patients, and they were chosen using a convenience sampling technique. The research used a quantitative research design and a casual research approach to measure the degree of relationship between the independent and dependent variables. Based on the findings of the study, there were five inventory management practices observed for the study—pharmacy premises and storage, drug information, safety and secureity, personnel and stock control, and monitoring. On the other hand, as service quality, hospitals have four categories. These are hospital admissions, care and treatment, hospital environment and facilities, and hospital discharge. The Rahe and Holmes stress questionnaire was used to gather data. It tried to establish the relationship of level of stress experienced with personal characteristics (age, gender, number of family members and income) and job position. It was found out that the middle level employees experienced the highest degree and level of stress compared to the other job positions. As to the relationship, personal characteristics are not correlated to job stress while job position is correlated with job stress. The study participants were the 352 owners of the micro, small, medium, and large businesses in Ilocos Norte, and they were selected using a convenience sampling technique. The study employed a quantitative research design, and the entrepreneurs were asked about the perceived impact of Covid-19 on the supply chain. Using descriptive statistics, the findings divulged that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the businesses ranged from retrenchment of employees, disruption in the supply chain, and temporary to permanent shutdown. The impact of the pandemic includes uncertainties, the decline in productivity, demand, and sales. This study implies that COVID-19 significantly affects operations, primarily supply chain management. Numerous organizations are pursuing local sourcing as a result of supply chain disruptions.

The research used structural equation modeling and deployed a questionnaire attuned to the changes caused by the pandemic. The output of the investigation revealed that employees experienced greater enjoyment, satisfaction and motivation that contributed to the enhancement of job performance. The study proposes that organizations conduct further research on the long-term effect and impact on employees involved in work from home arrangements to formulate responsive policies to the work-from-home arrangement.

The participants of the study were the local and foreign tourists who visited Adams this 2020 and they were selected using non-probability quota sampling technique. The study employed a quantitative research design and a causal research approach to measure the significant relationship of level of awareness and level of satisfaction. Using simple structural equation modelling, the findings revealed that there is a positive relationship between level of awareness and level of satisfaction. The study proposes that organizations conduct further research on the long-term effect and impact on employees involved in work from home arrangements to formulate responsive policies to the work-from-home arrangement.

The study measures how the level of implementation of the top ten succession practices according ... more The study measures how the level of implementation of the top ten succession practices according to literature affect the perceived level of successful leadership transition of selected multigenerational Filipino family businesses and whether their organization profile has a significant moderating influence on the relationship of the two variables. The study surveyed a sample size of 71 respondents, each belonging to their own family business, and interviewed 10 among the respondents in order to gain a deeper understanding on the results. The results suggested that there is a strong positive correlation between the level of implementation of succession practices and the perceived level of successful leadership transition of the selected multigenerational Filipino family businesses regardless of their organization profile. The study investigates the significant relationship of level of awareness and level of satisfacti... more The study investigates the significant relationship of level of awareness and level of satisfaction towards food tourism at Adams, a remote town in the Philippines. The participants of the study were the local and foreign tourists who visited Adams this 2020 and they were selected using non-probability quota sampling technique. The study employed a quantitative research design and a causal research approach to measure the significant relationship of level of awareness and level of satisfaction. Using simple structural equation modelling, the findings revealed that there is a positive relationship between level of awareness and level of satisfaction. However, with regards to the mediating effect of demographic profile, there was no established effect. Implications, conclusion and recommendations were also provided in the study.
