The G.I. Joes have infiltrated the Cobra-La’s hidden base in the Himalayas. Scarlett branches off from her teammates in the middle of the assault to pursue Golobulus, the ruler of the Cobra-La, a dangerous naga. She eventually corners Golobulus in the throne room, but her plans to eliminate the Cobra-La ruler are thrown out the window when Golobulus overpowers her and wants to have a little “fun.”
