The product arrived in very good time (about 2-3 days), and is of very good quality. I haven't used it yet, but I look forward to using it as my university lunch box; given how well my parents own ones have lasted, I know it will last me for a long time.

I don’t think words exist to describe how incredible Lliwen and the work she does is. Our midwife handed us a pamphlet about a taster session and we figured we had nothing to lose. We loved the taster session and decided to go ahead with the empowered birth course because we thought the meditations and breathing work would be great. It’s funny to say that now because this course was so much more than that! This was our fourth pregnancy (third to term) and we thought we had it pretty figured out. After the first session we were amazed by the depth of knowledge Lliwen had and how in one session she had already helped me feel so much more comfortable and at ease with the labour and birth to come. I had two polar opposite births with one being quite traumatic and the other being quick and easy. However in both I wasn’t able to fully have control of the situation. Lliwen helped me lean into my power, trust myself and my body, and most importantly believe that I should be the one in control. She gave my husband amazing tips on how to be a birth partner and despite having done it twice before (and aced it!) she made him feel so much more at ease and confident. The labour and birth were incredible and I have to say Lliwen’s voice in my head definitely helped me when crowning. After the birth I honestly felt like a superwoman. I was riding a high that I didn’t think was possible! Postpartum has been tough with adjusting to three and I started to notice some signs of postpartum depression. My husband suggested I go back to what I was doing when pregnant and preparing for birth and reminded me ‘Lliwen did say these tools aren’t just for labour.’ It’s only been a week but my mental state is improving everyday. Lliwen has been an absolute blessing to our lives and I will always and forever be eternally grateful.

I'm really enjoying the pace of this course. It's easy to digest and gives a fundamental base knowledge, of which you could branch off in further direction if you really wanted to. It's made for some great conversations with friends, as I share what I've learnt, in such a short time. It has already impacted my family in a positive way, as I find it so easy to transition meals to a whole new level of wholesomeness with this newfound knowledge! I have two friends already super keen to start this course, based on how insightful I have found it. I would highly recommend this for everyone - simply because it's what I deem to be important "common knowledge" we all have the right to possess. Definitely try it if you're on the fence. I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

I think this course is great however, some assignments are hard to put together as the modules tend to miss a few key details. I mainly would ask other students for advice and help when I had unanswered questions

The mentor was highly busy. There was always no replies to my email and I need to send reminder. Due to difference in time zones, sometimes I am confused with date and time. I got the feeling that To the mentor, these are excuses and disrespectful, hence, I am not ready to start. Communication via email only is not good enough. WhatsApp call also sometimes are unclear. I would prefer texting whenever questions or idea come to my mind and not till when I got the time to email.

What made my experience great has been that it was so easy to sign up to do this diploma. The ease of been able to do work in my own tine and own pase. Been able to sign up when ever and not been bound by a date. I did struggle not having others to connect with whom we're at the same stage as me. Maybe a group team met once a month could be useful within these could be a guest speakers to give us advice etc.
