The sun has a timed animation for box breathing.

When the sun is expanding and yellow, breathe in.

When the sun is orange and expanded, hold in. 

When the sun is contracting and yellow, breathe out.

When the sun is orange and contracted, hold out. 

And repeat for however long you'd like!
