This update fixes a problem with Windows 11 that triggered when opening OBJ files to add to scenery.
Additionally, I added new options in the WEATHER tab for controlling overcast clouds and rain AND thunder. A dynamic turbulent clouds effect was added to the "Other" tab.
You can turn off the labels shown for far-away boats and cones.
