This study aims to determine the Single Channel -Single Phase Teller queuing system at PT. Bank B... more This study aims to determine the Single Channel -Single Phase Teller queuing system at PT. Bank BJB KCP Gedebage Bandung. Where there is a decrease in the percentage of queue visits in 2023 by 14.21%. Descriptive Qualitative Method by collecting data on the number of customer queue visits processed by the author, namely in the form of data on the number of customer queue visits in 2023 from January to December. The results showed that PT. Bank BJB KCP Gedebage has a queuing system machine called BJB SANTER (Integrated Customer Analysis System) which is carried out offline with features or services on the frontliner. BJB SANTER is done to pull data by Regional Office to monitor Teller performance, to ensure customer satisfaction. The author's suggestion is that PT. Bank BJB KCP Gedebage Bandung can implement a Multi Channel -Single Phase queuing system so that customers can be served simultaneously by several tellers, and can apply the BJB SANTER system can be accessed online via smartphone. So that it will be able to increase the number of customers, especially at PT. Bank BJB KCP Gedebage Bandung.

Adorableproject has several strategies implemented to increase and expand marketing as well as product buying demand. This study uses qualitative and descriptive methods to find out how the company's efforts in increasing product buying interest with segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies (STP). Based on the results of the study, Adorableproject experienced an increase and decrease in product sales in 2022. The drastic decrease in 2022 occurred in May by 56.92%, this illustrates that the level of product buying interest in Adorableproject is not significant. Determination of segmentation, targeting and positioning. In segmentation analysis, it is formed based on 4 segments, namely geographical segmentation, demographic segmentation, psychographic segmentation, behavioral segmentation. It can determine the target market's goals. Positioning that is formed based on consumer assessment of the marketing mix. Marketing efforts made by the company are by selling products offline. This can increase purchasing interest in the product.

This study aims to see the development of effectiveness of the Regional Government Information Sy... more This study aims to see the development of effectiveness of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) application in BPKAD Cimahi City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, with the existence of domestic regulation number 70 of 2019 which states that all regional devices are required to provide information related to regional financial information and other information through the SIPD application. The use of SIPD in BPKAD Cimahi City has various obstacles and benefits, one of the obstacles experienced is when preparing the 2022 APBD financial statements where there are several documents that cannot be inputted through the system making some SKPD have to input them manually and have to go to BPKAD, this causes ineffectiveness in preparing the 2022 APBD financial statements, and experiencing delays in document collection. BPKAD Cimahi City provides efforts to overcome this problem, namely by providing tutorials or procedures for inputting data properly and correctly and conducting training workshops on the use of SIPD.

Knowing what are the problems that become obstacles in the Bandung City Government Land Lease Service activities in order to find strategies to improve the quality of Bandung City Government Land Lease Services. Also, to find out the efforts that can be made in measuring BKAD customer satisfaction through SWOT analysis. In this study the authors used a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation techniques, interviews, field observations and documentation. In order to create comfort for the community, with the support of qualified facilities for the community in supporting to convey criticism and aspirations for land lease services to make it easier and more efficient.

To identify the problems faced, primary and secondary data collection as well as qualitative descriptive approaches were used in this study. The method for developing software that uses waterfall with HTML to create pages on websites and databases is MYSQL. The results of this study show that the payroll management process has run well but still uses Microsoft Excel manually which is prone to errors. So to overcome these problems, an application design was made in the form of Flowmap, ERD and DFD and designed a payroll accounting system with web-based PHP programming language code. Accounting information systems are very important to business activities. The amount of merchandi... more Accounting information systems are very important to business activities. The amount of merchandise inventory owned by the company must be monitored for its availability because it is sold for profit. It is known that AtariaShop Plastic Houseware still uses a manual system to calculate its merchandise inventory. This causes the calculation of merchandise inventory to be slow, and the resulting information is often inaccurate. The qualitative approach method was used by the researchers in this study. Assisting in the calculation of computerized merchandise inventory requires the design of an accounting information system named SI ULET. This system as a whole displays the final report in the form of merchandise stock cards. SI ULET is proven to help business activities run effectively because this system can display the mobility of in-out merchandise due to purchases and sales so that the amount of merchandise inventory in stores can be quickly identified.

The authors conducted several studies to assess the quality of generic drug products, and it is presumed that the decline in sales of generic drugs might be attributed to the poor quality of compounded drugs. The research method utilized in this study is qualitative, employing data collection techniques like observation, interviews, and documentation.. All data were directly obtained from relevant sections and serve as essential references in the study's discussion. The findings revealed challenges in improving the quality of generic drugs by implementing SOPs for appropriate drug compounding sites and selecting the best drugs. The reason for this study is to find out and get an outline of the data with respect to the achievability of the Cavendish banana strategy did by BUMDesa and which is a characteristic of Village,, Majalengka Regency. This research is descriptive quantitative with a population of BUMDesa with a sample of 8 employees. This feasibility study is reviewed from the nonfinancial and financial aspects. The methods used is a method documentation procedures, meetings, and written studies. While the analytical tool checking used is the analysis of nonfinancial feasibility and financial feasibility. The results of a business feasibility study based on non-financial aspects: legal aspects, environmental aspects, market and marketing aspects, production aspects (technical and technological), and human resource aspects show that cavendish banana business is feasible to develop. The results of the calculation of the financial aspect show that the cavendish banana business is feasible to develop. This is because the PP calculation is before the investment return deadline, the NPV is positive, the ARR is greater than the proposed standard requirements, the IRR value is greater than the specified interest rate, and the PI calculation value is greater than one. Based on the assessment standards, all aspects used conclude that the cavendish banana business at BUMDesa is acceptable and feasible to develop.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Penggunaan Distribusi di Era Digital dalam Upaya Meningkatk... more Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Penggunaan Distribusi di Era Digital dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Volume Penjualan pada Toko Roti Sari Good Bakery Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif umumnya dipakai dalam fenomenologi sosial, penelitian ini menganalisis mengenai hubungan penggunaan distribusi online terhadap volume penjualan. Observasi yang dilakukan untuk mengambil data menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dan wawancara terhadap obyek penelitian.Penjualan terendah berada pada bulan juli sebesar 14.696 dengan presentase sebesar-33% dan penjualan tertinggi terdapat di bulan maret sebesar 23.909 dengan presentase 20%. Di penghujung tahun 2022 khususnya pada bulan Agustus hingga pada bulan Desember penjualan di Toko Roti Sari Good Bakery selalu mengalami penurunan secara signifikan. Kegiatan distribusi tidak langsung pada umumnya menggunakan perantara, dengan adanya perkembangan di era digital saat ini toko Sari Good Bakery ini diharuskan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, Dengan adanya pemanfaatan market place maupun media digital seharusnya kegiatan distribusi menjadi lebih efiesien dalam proses pendistribusian sehingga akan meningkatkan volume penjualan pada toko roti Sari Good Bakery.

This research was conducted in one of the beauty clinics in Bandung district. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and repurchase decisions at the clinic, the analytical method used in this study was a simple linear analysis and the data was then processed using the SPSS V.20 program. The sample used in this study as many as 93 respondents, are customers who make repeat purchases. The results of this study indicate that brand image is very influential to make repeat purchases at a time like this where there are many competitors who prioritize the brand.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat... more Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan nasabah dengan menggunakan lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan yaitu tangible (bukti fisik)¸empathy (empati), reliability (keandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), dan assurance (jaminan) di Bank bjb Kcp Wanaraja Garut. Populasi penelitian adalah semua nasabah yang berkunjung di Bank bjb Kcp Wanaraja-Garut pada periode 2020, dimana populasinya berjumlah 18.530 nasabah sedangkan sampel yang ditetapkan dengan menggunakan acuan perhitungan rumus Slovin yaitu sebanyak 99,3 responden yang dibulatkan menjadi 99 responden untuk menjawab pernyataan pada kuesioner yang dibagikan. Kemudian dilakukan uji statistik (uji validitas, uji koefesion korelasi, uji koefesion determinasi dan uji hipotesis) dengan menggunakan SPSS V.26. hasil analisis data diperoleh thitung sebesar 41,994 > ttabel sebesar 1,660, sehingga uji hipotesis pada variabel x Kualitas Pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat positif terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Nasabah. Dari hasil output SPSS diperoleh R square sebesar 0.948 atau 94,8%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Bank bjb Kcp Wanaraja-Garut mampu dipengaruhi oleh Kualitas Pelayanan yang diberikan mencapai 94.8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 5,2% merupakan pengaruh atau kontribusi dari variabel lainn yang tidak diteliti diluar penelitian.

The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, the data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources related to empirical situations and conditions of community satisfaction in the service of making KTPs in the sub-districts. The results showed that the t test value showed t count > t table, namely 8.028 > 2.042. In conclusion, community satisfaction with the service for making KTPs in Paseh District, Bandung Regency can be seen from the simplicity of the waiter procedure, Paseh District, Bandung Regency, the procedure for making KTPs is simple and straightforward. The existing system is still possible for error, it still requires a long time during the process of finding data, as well as during the process of making report. This study aims to produce a faster, more accurate, and efficient sale transaction design application at the store. The method used in this research is by observation, interview, literature, analysis, design, program making. With this application design system is expected to help the sale transaction process in order users can process data quickly and can produce accurate information.
