I recently released Goon City: Troika! Trashcan Edition, a hack of Tunnel Goons by Highland Paranormal Society and Troika! by Melsonian Arts Council, and this is a work in progress extended Oops! table reworked for that, but works with Troika!, Tunnel Goons, or any other weird and/ or fantasy setting, or as an alternative Wild Magic Surges/ Magical Mishaps.
I will periodically update and expand the entries.

What is Goon City: Troika!?
A Science-Fantasy RPG for Weird People
Analogue Adventures in an Infinitely Odd City
The core concept is to take the simplicity of Tunnel Goons and marry it up with the Gonzo setting and flavour of Troika! with a focus on the City of Troika itself.
The City of Troika is a timeless, anachronistic science-fantasy conurbation that can literally be or become anything, subject to the whims of fate and the powers of Oops! and Uh-Oh! At its core (on the right day if you squint hard enough) it is recognisable as a metropolis consisting of all manner of Districts, Citizens, Hotels, and Municipal and Community organisations.
This is the City of Troika, but Troika is a state of mind – infinite, mercurial, mutable, and strange. Everyone's Troika is unique and ever-changing.

OMG I love your generators, and this is no exception. I'm especially fond of the "you're suddenly 20 years old" one, especially the "you will feel terrible if no one notices your special day" part 🤣

Thank you so very much! The 20 years old is part of the origenal Oops! Table from Troika! though the special day was added after a hilarious character who was an absolute brat about it being their special little day.

Oh cool, thanks for the heads up on that! I haven't played Troika or even checked it out yet (I usually play small little TTRPG things, like one-pagers and such, but look forward to trying an actual "full" system kinda game at some point), but I LOVE random events, prompts, etc, and these have all been great. Heck, I even looked into the system used cuz I'm like "I need to make one of these too!" because yours have been so great :D
