PROS: HubSpot is the best tool to use when learning marketing automation. Our marketing team uses HubSpot Enterprise for emails, forms, landing pages, web chat, and social scheduling. Our biggest pain point has been our third-party integration with our CRM-- we use Microsoft Dynamics 365. The more tools/features you're able to use in HubSpot, the more convenient (and powerful) it becomes as you really can benefit from having "everything you need in one place". But as companies grow, it gets harder and harder to maintain that vision. I wish we could take advantage of all of the HubSpot Enterprise features we pay for but too many of our existing tools overlap with them and that's where the importance of reliable integrations come into play.
CONS: HubSpot Marketing Hub has a great social media platform coverage and gives the opportunity to push any content to multiple platforms with one click and observe the statistics and impact of the posts from a central, user friendly, and clear to understand reports panel which is really beneficial to understand the overall impact of the shared social media content and optimize the marketing campaigns based on the previous data.

PROS: HubSpot has an extensive offering of different features and allows syncing with different marketing platforms. HubSpot has also addressed communication among team members. As a one-stop-shop for all our marketing needs, HubSpot eradicated our reliance on multiple software.
CONS: Exploring HubSpot may be overwhelming especially if you're a small business. Much of the challenge stemmed from learning its ins and outs. Needless to say, it required a deep learning curve which many small businesses would want to avoid because that's time that could have been allotted on more valuable, revenue-generating tasks.

They are very hands-on with customers as it regularly leaves messages on how you can maximize a feature. Our fave about it is that it integrates smoothly with many platforms we didn't have to begin all over when we transferred to HubSpot. We also love how it enables us to schedule posts in bulk,
CONS: I have zero issues with HubSpot. But it would be great if HubSpot could compile and update us with news bits on modifications or new features it made in a month. Also, there are some parts when customizing which will require coding and I just abhor coding.

PROS: Learning to use HubSpot was extremely intuitive, no downtime required. My team can take on mass-level marketing campaigns, something which used to take substantial effort and time to implement. HubSpot also allowed deeper coordination between team members and helped me in training newbies as well.
CONS: There are very minor things such as the filtering function, which I hope can be more dynamic. But other than that, I haven't encountered any deal breakers.

PROS: This product is by far the industry winner in terms of being 'super human'. It is like building a robot for your business that will go out and take over the world. You just need to sit down and spend the time programming it properly. I have a blog that helps business owners and I recommend this software for all those looking to compare marketing automation software and CRMs.
CONS: It does make it hard to get lots of our clients on this software given it's price point. It would make more sense to keep it FREE and then charge as more clients are added or something. FREEMIUM works best for Small Business Owners as it allows companies to get success first and VALUE something BEFORE charging for it.
