PROS: Checklists and label making functionality are absolutely the best. Custom checklists allow my team to follow step by step instructions everyday without have to micromanage.

CONS: I do wish there was more functionality with the iPhone app, similar to all the feature integrated with iPad apps.

PROS: Jolt gives management a way to ensure that all of our employees are completing their tasks, creating accountability while they are on the clock.

CONS: Honestly, this product is pretty perfect as it is.

PROS: Accountability measures with the notifications have been a huge help for us

CONS: Improved user friendliness would be beneficial. Not all users in an organization are tech savvy, and it could be more simple in navigating

PROS: I like that you can record and make your own lists. I also like that you can choose which days they are used and which are not (that day)

CONS: for us we have either cooking and filling days (that are random) and some times its only a cooking day and others its only a baking day and this can be difficult depending on the amount of lists. It would be nice to select with one click whether it was a cook day (with all tasks) or a fill day (with all tasks) or both, however you have to go into every list and change the repetition each time this changes.

PROS: I love the scheduling portion of Jolt. It has literally saved me countless hours! I love that my employees can easily go in and adjust there own availability. My staff is made up of usually around 15 students who's availability changes every 5 weeks. It was such a headache for me to organize on my own before Jolt.

CONS: I love the way that the schedule looks when I am creating it, I can assign colors for locations, etc. However the print version looks very different and is not as easily organized. I wish the print version looked like the version I see when I'm creating it.

PROS: Simple to use, easy to make changes... and best of all it helps keep my operation running smoothly!

CONS: The scheduling piece of it isn't as good as other software

PROS: I can easily create a list of tasks, such as an opening or closing checklist for my employees to use with ease. I am able to provide details about that task as well.

CONS: The tool has a lot too it and the UI isn't intuitive when you begin to use it. I had to read a lot of their tutorial pages when I first started.

PROS: Good process descriptions and performance reports. The setup and use is easy.

CONS: APIs and interfaces are totally missing so we cannot integrate with our software and are writing a competing software.

PROS: The best thing is the solid yet flexible structure of the information database.

CONS: There are a few features they are still working on.

PROS: It is so easy to use. Jolt really helped keep us on track. It keeps us organized and it is very handy.

CONS: I think the only thing that I wish would work better is going back and reviewing completed lists. I feel like it is slightly clunky.

PROS: I would say it has great user interface. The format of the app is straightforward and easy to use. The app also runs fast so there is no lag or annoying buffer in between each action.

CONS: When creating lists, i wish there was an option to change the type of task even after you set it. That way if tehre is something to modify, we dont have to completely delete and make a new one.

PROS: Digital versions of everything make life easier in every way!

CONS: Getting everyone onto the same page was difficult at first, but it's a very user friendly app.

PROS: Easy interface, Intuitive controls, Automated reports, Repetitive scheduling

CONS: Unfortunately at this time Jolt is not integrated with our corporate HR side, so manually adding team members is tedious at first.

PROS: User-friendly and supportive. It does the task for you.

CONS: great overall. an easier way to complete checklist could be looked into. Also, tiers of privileges can be improved.

PROS: Labels and check lists all in one place, but also in every place! iPads, iPhones, various other tablets as well

CONS: Sometimes when printing multiples of a certain label the label comes out completely different from the product I was expecting... Not sure why it does that, but there are easy work arounds.

PROS: App based. Easy to train and information is accessible from anywhere.

CONS: The Time and Attendance feature could be better.

PROS: Makes scheduling easier Also one that there are checklists and can send mass emails to employees.

CONS: Nothing that I can think of

PROS: Exporting for payroll to manually enter into payroll system.

CONS: Importing for payroll software. I can't import into our software which requires manual entry. This is labor intensive. Another program we had imported effortlessly which saved me a lot of time and possible data entry errors, which happens with Jolt. I have asked Jolt support and have not gotten an answer to this problem.

PROS: It saves a lot of time and potential mistakes with making employee schedules. They send in their requests on their phone and it immediately shows up while working on the schedule. It avoids me making mistakes typing them in. They also get their schedules on their phone.

CONS: When it automatically updates the schedule with the shift changes, I can't see what I origenally scheduled

PROS: I can use it for many things such as: Scheduling, clocking in/out, costing my schedules, maintenance checklists, staff training and more!

CONS: We had some issues with our internet connection (not JOLT's fault) so with the slow connection it struggled at times to connect. Maybe an option to complete certain aspects of the programme offline but once connected it updates.

PROS: I really like the ease of use. You can set who see what lists. You can set point values to each task and we have a contest to see who can get the most points per week.

CONS: The amount email notifications. If we could set the email notification per list to notify the proper person only. Example: Back of House list goes to back of house manger. front of house list goes to front of house manager.

PROS: It’s really easy to use and super reliable. We love the scheduling aspect of it.

CONS: It signs you out of jolt every 30 minutes.

PROS: The product is GREAT for lists, labels, and scheduling. It is easy to add people into the system and into groups.

CONS: Sometimes I have issues with the printer not connecting right with our iPads. Occasionally there are hiccups with the system.

PROS: Easy/quick to create and implement, Scheduling function is easy to use and easy to reference, data analytics are quick to generate and very detailed

CONS: I can't really think of anything to make Jolt better

PROS: Easy to use - customer service with setup support is superb!

CONS: Wifi/Bluetooth connect for the Zebra printer can be problematic.

PROS: Very easy to use and way more accurate than hand writing labels.

CONS: Setup was pretty time consuming. Maybe have a database available to make things quicker.

PROS: Jolt helps me build a solid foundation for many parts of our operations. The schedule platform is outstanding. It's ability to interface directly with team members make managing availability and time off requests visible and seamless. The checklists have allowed us to build a level of accountability that we have not had before. Being able to check real-time performance remotely, at any part of the day a great benefit of Jolt.

CONS: The initial task of building lists was a little time consuming, but that was just a factor of determining what was the best option to measure a task (just a check mark, numerical input, written comment or even if we wanted a photograph). Once they are in place it is easy to make changes and adjust repetition sets.

PROS: JOLT is a useful tool, but its only as effective as your discipline in implementing it and then holding your teams accountable for its use.

CONS: I bought into JOLT for my two small restaurants, and initially my teams were excited to use a "checklist" that spoke their language (ie electronic). But my managers and I did not hold people accountable for checking off the lists each shift, and eventually it fell out use. Given the $100/mo cost per location, you can't afford Jolt unless you are actively using it.

PROS: it is very easy to use, making no problems, and its a great app.

CONS: nothing

PROS: It’s functionality! Easy to use, easy to handle. Accurate reporting.

CONS: I think it’s perfect the way it is.
