PROS: Nintex platform is N.1 workflow engine that works on SharePoint Environment. I like that this system makes our work easier and gets our work to a new level of pleasure. We really like working through workflows and automate processes.

CONS: They could include users within the updating process, also, the updating process is slow. What i mean is that they could involve the-end users to share the valuable custom and compound actions with each others.

PROS: Nintex is easy to set up and you can easily learn how to use it. It integrates perfectly with SharePoint and those to make powerful solution that help us to better automate all pur processes in less time. It is quick solution and it helps us to be more productive.

CONS: It is not made for large projects. Because it is integrated with SharePoint we cannot move the Nintex with solutions that have outgrown the SharePoint list size. The tool’s workflow lists slows doen our search indexing.

PROS: Nintex allows both IT and our business users to build, publish and manage the workflows by using its drag and drop interface into Office 365. The design process is easy and powerful and it offers lot of rules and controls that replicate to mobile platforms.

CONS: The form designing can be complicated to work with but the roadmap is pulling updated interfaces so it can make the response forms simple to build.

PROS: With this tool you can easily get the solution up and running. I like that I can implement this tool in a group within minutes without using custom coded solutions. The UI has great drag and drop feature so we can easily teach others to use it and allow others to create their own workflows, in this way we engage them through the process.

CONS: The cryptic sometimes makes us spending lot of time in pinpointing in what went wrong, we can put in Log History actions and it forces us to run the workflow even though we know that it will fail in showing us what went wrong.

PROS: The workflows with this soluton are quick, simple and codeless. Wit its integrations you can quickly interact with other systems such as SQL databases, AcTive Directory and etc. The approval actions provide quick and easy setup of workflows and ensures that all the necessary approvals are received.

CONS: As the workflow becomes bigger the debugging becomes cumbersome. It can be hard to track variables through the process. Also, when a person leaves or is not available for approval the system doesn’t offer an option for continuation of workflow and it requires to restart the workflow..

PROS: This product provides great adventage. It allows us to create solutions and address business problems by extending SharePoint Platform. Our users need their “ABC” to be automatic when “XYZ” appears, and we can do even the imposible with this product.

CONS: First of all, the pricing model for Nintex Online. Unfortunatelly we cannot take all the workflows we have created over the last 3 years and throw them into the cloud and now we have “X” workflows and we only use this product for critical workflows.

PROS: The product is easy to use and it offers great drag and drop options. There are no codes and it provides wonderful user community where you can find answers and solutions for any circumstances. The customer support team is wonderful. It automates administrative tasks and it is great tool for solo or small businesses. They constantly improve the product and provide new fetaures. You can generate Word/PDF documentation from SharePoint data. It works perfectly for mobile devices like Android, iPAd, iPhone etc.

CONS: It lacks workflow history in 0365, and sometimes it shows errors which can be quite frustrating.
