PROS: I remember the old days of using Office Mail Merge, where we had to compile an excel sheet, to write a word doc and to connect on Outlook. We had to do this on a daily basis. We didn’t have tracking options and we often forget about the reporting.
CONS: What I don’t like is that you are new product and I haven’t meet you in times I needed you most. I have few suggestions: Fro e.g. they could change “if not responded” into “if not opened” or other solutions.

PROS: This is great product for presenting our products to those businesses that might be interested. It’s is easy to use. I love the Zapier integration, the composing email option is great because it helps us to feel like writing actual email. Its campaign stats is helpful for running our campaigns. It offers A/B testing as well. I love the fact that it allows me to send email from various email accounts. It has easy integration with email accounts. I love its customer support team, they are always ready to help.
CONS: I don’t like that the program doesn’t track replies form forwarded emails. Also, dealing with un-matched auto-replies can be really frustrating, because campaign stats would be incorrect without clicks. In addition, I don’t like the email thread design because it is too minimal. And the categorization of the emails is hidden. Also, when it comes to importing contacts via CSV is complicated because it requires matching columns to reply fields for each import. They could improve the A/B testing as well.

PROS: Replay has user friendly platform so you can easily qualify and re-qualify prospects and marketing leads. It is helpful tool for my sales success, it provides me with more time to interact with my customers. With Replay.io you can create consistent, measurable and repeatable emails to both your current and potential customers. This tool helps me to step in and to continue the presentation/interaction if there is real opportunity or to know when someone is not interested.
CONS: In the beginning I wasn’t so confident in launching campaigns, but thankfully I have received great support from Replay’s team. Even though the product is great there is still room for improvements, especially with the integration with Salesforce. Also, it lacks some documentation, at the beginning I had faced some issues with the documentation but the support team has fixed the problem immediately.

PROS: I have done lot of cold email campaigns on other platforms. I have to say that Replay.io is modern and with intuitive UI. It provides lot of options and it doesn’t leave anything up to chance. You can test everything with its A/B testing option. It releases frequent improvements from the developers.
CONS: Sometimes the speed of loading the site can be slow. Also, clicking on some buttons doesn’t really works. But, I think this is Chrome issue because the loads are great on my mobile.

PROS: Replay is easy to use and it helps us to achieve out emailing goals. It is intuitive in categorizing email responses and it provides me with reporting for stats on a weekly basis. Its customer service is one of the best. Whenever I have some issue or questions they answer immediately. I like that you can reach them on Skype, screen share and etc. They use everything in order to help you.
CONS: There is no option to select someone as “Replied” manually in case they didn’t receive and email via Replay, I don’t like that I have to mark them as “Opted Out” in case they call us directly. In addition, it would be great if there are more formatting options for its email templates.

PROS: Reply.io is easy to set up and helps us to create our campaigns easily. All we have to do is to set up our email address for launching emails via this product, we are able to set up our campaigns and to add people on that campaigns. I cannot really express how much I’m satisfied from its customer service, they are responsive and always ready to help.
CONS: I had some issues when setting up my Gmail account in order to set up my replay account. Thankfully the issue was fixed quickly. Once you set up your email account, you won’t face any kind of issues. Also, I don’t like that the email campaign reports provide us with basic numbers such as replay rates, open rates and so on. I would like to see built-in link tracking. In addition, you have to add own contacts by lead generation software or manual lead gathering.

PROS: We have tried other automated solutions before we find Replay.io. Our decision for using this software was because of its price and the fact that this tool offers great features that we really need, such as: basic reporting, A/B testing, automated bumps, automated removals from the drip campaigns and etc. But what I like most about this tool is its support team, they always provide friendly service, they always ask us how we feel about the product and the results from it.
CONS: The reporting could be better, it is still manual for us in order to receive some meaningful insight into the process of every campaign.

PROS: We have tried other marketing email automation products, thankfully we have found Replay.io. It has great support and you are allowed to have direct conversation with its team on their roadmap, they are always responsive and ready to help. They helped us in tracking some issues that we have experienced with our software. We have found a product that would help us to grow and to do great job.
CONS: In the beginning we have faced some issues. It lacked strong integration with Salesforce, but the latest release has come with what we were asking for. Also, we are using Outlook and these two products work separately, they are not integrated.

PROS: Replay.io is easy to use, it has intuitive interface and great flow. Whenever I have some questions or troubles its support team answered my question within 10min. I have a feeling that this product is made for our own success, they do whatever it takes in order to meet our needs and to achieve our goals. Learning curve is understandable and great.
CONS: There is a need of some features. I need a notification when I upload contacts and to know why some of them are skipped.

PROS: This software does the job. It’s understandable, intuitive and affordable solution. We have been looking for other options but our decision went to Replay. Its support team is one of the best, whenever we have some troubles we get an answer within 20 minutes or less. I like how simple this tool is, its learning curve lasts 2 minutes. I like the A/B testing option. There is Zapier integration and this is exactly what we need in order to connect the Replay with our back-end.
CONS: The reporting needs some improvements. The high level reports are great. Also, when I view single contact I cannot see the user’s history. Also, the responsiveness gets slow, but I believe they grow fast. Additionally, sometimes I have to wait for 30sec for the system’ response when I want to track reports, but when I want to edit the reports or to use the system daily there is no problem with the speed.

PROS: I’m using this software to send out drip campaigns in order to generate qualified leads. I like the A/B testing when sending automated email based on my client’s reactions. We are able to keep the “human element” when creating emails from individual email accounts and to keep track of clients’ responses. Its customer support is great and I can tell that they really care about their customers.
CONS: I had some troubles with copying templates and sharing them across the campaigns, but I started to create workarounds in order to manage them.
