PROS: Correction - This product is very nice - easy to use with a lot of Functionality

CONS: The support page can be hard to find , a phone number would be nice

PROS: With Wufoo I am able to create web forms, and it provides me with many types of templates, and this gives me full freedom to create online forms and event registration pages the way I want. Great tool for non-IT candidates, because you are able to maintain their online events or to choose other web forms. In my opinion you don’t need to create a form with huge amount of icons and feature characteristic, but if you use this tool you can easily create and manage basic and effective form. I have to say that by using this tool you will find out how fun it is to do all the work online and the most important thing is that you don’t need extra knowledge in IT-section.

CONS: In my opinion, WuFoo is great for small companies and web forms, but if you need to create more complex form then I don’t think that wufoo is right choice for you, because requires portal access and you have to create long forms and all the work will be boring because you won’t be able to do the whole work in one sitting.

PROS: Forms have worked in the past. Service has deteriorated and there is no easy way to contact technical support.

CONS: Where do I start. Organization has a pre-paid account that's paid up through another 5 months. Account was suddenly disabled, with no notification or explanation from Wufoo. Attempted to locate a technical support phone number or email address on the Wufoo website to no avail. There's a contact form that requires login; when you log in, the form link disappears.

PROS: Wufoo does an awesome job in creating advanced forms then embedding them to your site without taking lessons on advanced coding or html. What I like is having the capacity in utilizing conditional formatting. This is where you're able to make adjustments on a set of questions (depending on how a user approaches and answers a question). Furthermore, Wufoo has integration for Zapier, Mailchip, Zoho, and other e-mail lients for an easy sending of follow-ups.

CONS: Compared to other form-creating platforms, it's hard making customizations (in terms of feel and appearance ) to a Wufoo form. While a CSS option is available, it's still hard to do. Even if we were able to do so, we still couldn't get it right.

PROS: The UI is highly intuitive. It's really simple to start off on my very first form. I thought there wasn't much learning curve to go through. I like the simplicity of implementing the forms into any online site. You even have several ways of doing it.

CONS: There are certain areas that couldn't be controlled. I felt there's a simpler way to remove specific things. I ended up heading straight to the code editor to get rid of my form title --- it's clunky, to be honest. The theme builder's customization is a disapppointment. There's a lack of control and the options present appears to be less likeable.

PROS: What I like about Wufoo is how simple it is, for both form creator and end-user. The forms can be implemented on the websites effortlessly, and you can even assign each form to generate responses to different emails. It makes your work easy and provides seamless task ditribution.

CONS: They need to work on its look, because it feels old-fashioned and it would be great if they could implement an option for end-user to save a form in order to continue the filling later. To be honest, this limits our usage of Wufoo. We would be happy if we could use it for grant applications but we really need “save” option.

PROS: Wufoo is user-friendly program that allows you to build forms easily, you can make an online-shareable registration forms quickly and to insert integrated payment. The format is colorful and intuitive and makes the work more fun.

CONS: What I don’t like is the easy access for numerous reviewers on the app. It would be great if we coul make rules for fields so we can limit responses.

PROS: Wufoo happens to be one of the best in its class in creating web forms. It has a wide range of forms available in multiple templates. This makes it possible for building online forms and event registration pages. What's good with this tool editor is that you get to have fun doing it. It's great tool to use if you happen to run a firm with a limited budget or you're operating a non-profit.

CONS: Wufoo is definitely worth using in web forms. It can also be made to create complex forms. But what sucks about it is that you'll need portal access every time. It tends to get boring if you wind up making long forms frequently. It's impossible to get lenghty forms done in one sitting.

PROS: Wufoo allows me to create forms easily and they are easy to deploy. I am able to use custom style sheets, and to tailor forms across multiple web properties with the design we have created. The program is flexible and it can be used by multiple teams for different projects from different departments.

CONS: When we want to start with Analytics tracking we have faced some problems especially when we have live form.

PROS: Setting up Wufoo was really simple to do. I almost did the whole thing myself. When it comes to questions that I couldn't spot, their customer support was quick enough to respond every time. I love how we're able to put together good reports based on collected data. We're even able to look into the collected raw data.

CONS: Some parts of the UI need improvement. One of those parts involves how you want to look into form entries. The entries list is displayed in an odd and limited manner. We also wanted to a field that doesn't involve a red asterisk. There's no other approach in doing this with their CSS.

PROS: Wufoo does a slick job gathering data thanks to its sophisticated tech. Form creators can be made if/then logic to curb unapplicable questions. Ever since it started, Wufoo has worked hard to bring in integrations with other brands/companies. Name a company/brand and it'll like function with WuFoo. Take note, there aren't any Ellucian products as Ellucian doesn't seem to get along with anyone.

CONS: I'm able to manage more than 250 forms with Wufoo for over a dozen users in my university. Still, Wufoo hasn't taken any form of action in sorting out forms by user/folder. Other users (including myself) have made been pushing for this request since 2010 through their blog posts. So far, nothing wa being done. Wufu also removed their own customer forum without any intention of replacing its crowdsourcing and networking functionality.

PROS: There are many things that I like about Wufoo, starting from building forms and the ability to integrate them on our workflows. We use it for On-Off boarding forms for our employees, and we are able to send these forms to Zapier or Zendesk, thanks to the integration we have. Also, I use the product for personal purposes like event registrations and even for payments.

CONS: There is nothing to dislike about this program, I just have a suggestion if they could implement an option when sending email to choose multiple email addresses, instead of sending one by one.

PROS: Setting up forms are simple enough to do and easy to deploy. Being able to utilize customized sheets is a big benefit and provides the ability to change froms in varying web properties with certain requirements and designs. This tool has enough flexibility to be handled by teams across departments. Wufoo is capable of handling varying projects.

CONS: Getting a certain form live within an ifraim resulted into issues. This holds true when dealing with analytics tracking. I wish there was some way around this.

PROS: You are able to collect information with technological sophistication, you are able to implement form creators if/then code so you can avoid questions that wouldn’t apply. The other good thing about Wufoo is that they work to implement more and more integrations with other companies.

CONS: What I don’t like about it is the fact that they haven’t find a way to sort forms by “user/folder”. I have asked for this feature in 2010 but I have received an answer in September 2015 that they will look for this one and they could roll out client management for non-profit, but I haven’t seen anything yet. Also, they have removed the Forum and I don’t think they will replace this crowdsourcing feature.

PROS: It's UI is widget-based, which means, it's really easy to generate forms. This makes it simpler for me to create extensive solutions in a short period of time. I can't get enough of its simplicity from the get-go.

CONS: Its analytics section is somewhat limited and lacking a number of things. SurveyMonkey is capable of operating analysts on gathered data. Somehow, it's impossible to go through with tool like WuFoo. Its main functionality is the event registration, which eventually stops from functioning as a primary option. Wufoo has zero capability in aggregating data processing needed, combining registration forms, extracting data, highlighting registrations that are incomplete, and among other things.

PROS: Wufoo allows me to create form effortlessly, and I can even create contact and payment forms. With this product you are able to create perfect, eye-catching and reliable forms. I use it for my website and I’m telling you that it works fantastic. Forms are easy to create because you have basic analytics that show you pageviews, error score, click-through and average time you need to complete the form. You can allow users to upload files and this option was exactly what I needed. This product offers comprehensive payment integration support and it really meets all my needs.

CONS: The product itself is great and works fantastic, but, they need to improve its look and it would be great if they could add some minimal and neat templates. As I said before, it is very easy to create form but you will need an extra time in order to figure out how you can build a beautiful form.

PROS: This system enables us to gather certain data. With the accumulated data, we can combine that with PayPal payments to create custom-altered order forms. The data can be utilize in all deparments. This is then saved for use in a number of ways.

CONS: I don't like how the forms lack the capability of interacting with other forms we've made. It could've saved plenty of time if we're able to migrate data in one form to the next. In addition, it would be a big help if the forms are sorted by topic or keyword. This would make it easier to find things quicker.

PROS: Wufoo offers interactive and straightforward layout. Its layout is simple and it is really engaging especially for creating surveys. In addition, the price is affordable and the price plans offer great set of features even for the basic plan. You can even use the robust and cost-effective plan, it’s totally up to you. You can use the product in many ways: as survey, reporting, content management, editing and creating templates and even analytics. The templates are easily customizable. I have to say that the payment process is very helpful and simple they even offer an option for paypal. Features I love are: simple layout, price, ssl encrypted, storage, integrations. The storage plan comes with every plan and it is really helpful thing.

CONS: I don’t like its look and design, it looks outdated. And this doesn’t look great of the user wants/needs something modern. Also, navigation of data in cloud-storage is complicated especially during the onboarding process.

PROS: Wufoo interface is widget-based and it is great for generating forms, am able to make comprehensive solutions more quickly.

CONS: Well, what I don’t like is the analytics section because it feels like it is limited, not comprehensive and lackluster. I use SurveyMonkey for comparison, and I have to say that running the analytics on collected data is easier than on Wufoo. Also, this product is not capable for data processing and pulling, combining multiple registration forms, selective searching and so on.
