But what makes them special?, According to kristy Pruitt (2020) Special Education Teachers are caring and highly trained professional who helps students with developmental, Physical and behavioral, and emotional needs. Special Education Teachers have many struggles and challenges some of this are lack of appreciation Lack of government support it has have a negative impact for Special Education Teacher because it affect them in many so many aspect mentally an emotionally.
This study is a narrative inquiry design, According to Kayi Ntinda (2019), Narrative aims to tell consequential story of people's lives, Experiences, By them in their own words and worlds. It captures their understanding and their significant experiences. It will be the collaboration of their experiences at the same time their stories. So the main purpose of this design is to know their challenges and to tell their stories. It is effective for our study because our man goal it to know the challenges of Special Education Teachers.
