Deep depression formed in Bay of Bengal has intensified into a cyclonic storm “NIVAR” and is very likely to cross Tamil nadu and Puducherry between Mamillapuram and puducherry by 25 th Nov 20 evening as asevere cyclonic storm heavy rains are expected across the coastal regions of Tamil nadu are expected.
